Altiva Wealth is building a mortgage platform for owners of Croatian property who live abroad, for launch in 2027. Until the required authorization is in place we do not lend: no rates, terms or eligibility criteria are published, and nothing on this site is an offer of credit.

What data we process
Your name and postal address, and details of a property you own in Croatia.
Purpose
A one-time postal notice about Altiva Wealth's financing offer and the option to join our waitlist.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in direct marketing of our offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, recital 47). You can object at any time, see below.
Recipients
We share your data only with service providers acting for us under data-processing agreements: an address-validation provider, a printing and mailing service, and our CRM provider. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Retention
We keep your address data only as long as needed for this campaign and delete it at the latest 12 months after the mailing, unless you join the waitlist (kept for that relationship) or object earlier. To honour an objection, we keep the minimum data needed on a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
Website analytics
If you accept analytics, we use an analytics provider to see how this site is used, including recordings of page use in which anything you type into a form stays hidden. Our CRM provider also sets a cookie that recognises a returning visitor, so a later waitlist entry can be linked to the visits that led to it. The data stays on EU servers and is never sold. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and in particular the right to object to processing for advertising at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). To object or exercise a right, contact info@altivawealth.com.
Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence, in the country where you work, or in the country where you believe the infringement took place.
