What data we process
Your name and postal address, and details of a property you own in Croatia.
Source of the data
Your address comes from a publicly accessible register (the Croatian land register / cadastre).
Purpose
A one-time postal notice about Altiva Wealth's financing offer and the option to join our waitlist.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in direct marketing of our offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, recital 47). You can object at any time, see below.
Recipients
We share your data only with service providers acting for us under data-processing agreements: an address-validation provider, a printing and mailing service, and our CRM provider. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, for example our CRM, may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on an EU adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep your address data only as long as needed for this campaign and delete it at the latest 12 months after the mailing, unless you join the waitlist (kept for that relationship) or object earlier. To honour an objection, we keep the minimum data needed on a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and in particular the right to object to processing for advertising at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). To object or exercise a right, contact info@altivawealth.com.
Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Croatia the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr), or with the authority in your country of residence.
Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in this campaign.
